Walking for Healthy Body and Mind (WHBM)

“Walking for Healthy Body and Mind” is a community driven wellness movement promoting physical and mental well being through regular walks, hikes, outdoor fitness, and meaningful social interaction. The initiative brings together people of all ages and backgrounds to walk, connect, reflect, and heal physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Goal: Our focus is on encouraging healthy lifestyles, fighting isolation, and creating safe spaces where individuals, especially women, youth, and families, can grow together. Activities include community walks, outdoor workouts, wellness events, and informative talks. Future plans include mentorship and empowerment sessions tailored to different groups.

Upcoming: “CHIEF WALKER”

Chief Walker is a monthly wellness leader who will join our community walk to inspire, promote health, and support social impact. Through this role, companies and organizations will walk with purpose, giving back while walking side by side with the people.
