Her Friends(HF) is a grassroots initiative created to support and uplift teen mothers, who have faced early or unwanted pregnancies, vulnerable women, and young girls. It offers a safe and empowering space where they can heal, learn, and rebuild their lives with dignity.

Her Friends believes in second chances, reminding young mothers that becoming a mother early does not mean the end of their dreams, education, or future. Through community support, education, and practical tools, helps them to move forward with strength and hope.

The HF initiative provides:

• Emotional support and mentorship for teen mothers navigating stigma and rejection
• Basic life skills and health education, including body awareness, self-worth, and mental wellbeing
• Training in practical skills to help young women become self-reliant and economically independent
• Community building activities to reduce isolation and promote solidarity among girls and women with shared experiences
