What a refreshing day it was! 💪 On our latest adventure, the Walking for Healthy Body and Mind (WHBM) community conquered a 19km walk to Nyamata, blending fitness, fun, and friendship into one unforgettable experience.
More Than Just a Walk
This wasn’t only about covering the distance—it was about strengthening our bodies, clearing our minds, and building resilience. Along the way, we stretched, laughed, and reminded ourselves that walking is not just exercise—it’s a lifestyle that fuels both physical health and mental clarity.

After completing the walk, the team took time to relax and recharge with a refreshing swim. To make the day even more special, we celebrated our teammate @tuyishimerock’s birthday, turning the walk into a joyful celebration of life, friendship, and community.

This walk was also part of our training and preparation for the exciting Mount Gahinga hike coming up on the 31st. Every step we take together builds the patience, resilience, and team spirit we need for bigger challenges ahead.
